MILLS and Bann Solicitors has announced the arrival of a new litigation solicitor to join its practice at Cheap Street, Newbury.
Arj Arul (pictured) joined the profession in 1999 and practised with a number of London and regional firms, including a family practice. Arj Arul was educated as far afield as Australia as well as London and Sussex.
Mr Arul has experience in all types of litigation from business and property disputes to everyday consumer problems and with an emphasis on employment law.
Mr Arul said: "I have dealt with some interesting cases in the past, from discrimination to a murder appeal, and this sort of experience always helps to break down problems so that they become manageable through practical and prompt advice."
He added: "Whilst continuing to provide the services which we are good at, I am here to offer more specialist services as well. For example, employment law is one of the fastest growing areas of law and I have helped both employees and employers over the years with a whole host of day to day problems, to help improve their work as well as when things go wrong."
