Country house property developer Fairfax Properties, operating in West Berkshire, Hampshire and South Oxfordshire has recruited Nigel Browner as land acquisitions manager.Fairfax Properties has appointed Mr Browner (pictured left) to acquire premium sites to build new luxury homes following a successful 2009 when the company completed some £9m of sales.
Nigel Browner spent the last 12 years acquiring prestigious development sites in premium locations forOctagon Developments. Prior to this, he was responsible for acquiring development sites for Berkeley Homes from 1994 to 1997.
John McLean, the chief executive
of Fairfax Properties, said:

Octagon Developments and his track record in acquiring prestigious development sites will be instrumental in assisting Fairfax to capitalise on what was a very successful 2009 for the company.
