Kawasaki names Pegasus as top outlet for keeping customers happy
SILCHESTER bike dealer Pegasus Motorcycles has been named the overall winner of Kawasaki Motors' Retail Satisfaction Programme.
Under the scheme, Kawasaki Motors UK continually seeks the opinions of
customers of new machines and those that have had their bike serviced as a valuable measure of customer satisfaction.
Pegasus Motorcycles' owner David Alderton has recently moved to a new purpose built site further enhancing
the commitment to Kawasaki and his
customers.
The company was previously based at Oxford Road, Reading.
Mr Alderton and his team were
delighted to be recognised as the top
UK Kawasaki dealer for customer
satisfaction.
He said: “We've been retailing Kawasakis since 1974.
“As one of a very small number of original dealers that started with Kawasaki in the early days, this award shows we are maintaining the very high standards we set ourselves for customer service.”
With scores for each survey completed, and those scores weighted to favour the most significant areas of customer
service, Kawasaki believes that its RSP programme is beneficial to both
customers and dealers as technical
and customer service manager, Richard Metcalfe explained.
“We understand just how much of the sales and ongoing care process depends on good service, and how important it is for a dealership to know what their
customers are saying.
“By using this carefully constructed set of indexes, we can highlight those dealers and dealership staff that are exceptional, while offering training for those that see a need to improve.
“We applaud the efforts of Pegasus, and hope to see them pushed hard by other dealers in advance of the next RSP award presentations.”
