Marketing begins on two buildings at Newbury Business Park

NEWBURY commercial agent Deal Varney has launched two refurbished office buildings onto the market.

Benyon House and Astor House, on Newbury Business Park, have been fully refurbished having been previously been occupied by Vodafone. Both are owned by the London-based Moorfield Group.

Newbury MP Richard Benyon cut the tape to mark the official launch of the two buildings at a ceremony last month. He said: “Newbury has a great future from the property perspective.”

He added: “Newbury has got some fantastic positive messages to give. It's at the crossroads of the south of England. This is the place that is easiest to reach from so many of our major centres. It's the best end to be of the Thames Valley and our potential here is tremendous.

“It is wonderful to see confidence in developments such as this.”

Astor House offers suites from 4,379 sq ft to 18,384 sq ft, available from £12 per sq ft.

Benyon House offers suites from 2,279 sq ft to 24,516 sq ft, available from £14 per sq ft.
