MP to speak at breakfast meeting
Newbury MP Richard Benyon is to speak at a breakfast meeting organised by the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Mr Benyon is a keen supporter of the Government’s ‘Red Tape Action’, the initiative to reduce the burden of regulation on businesses. As a local famer and businessman, Richard is acutely aware of the strain that unnecessary regulation and red tape places on a business, particularly those trying to survive in these challenging times.
The format for this event will include registration at 07:30am followed by a light buffet breakfast, open networking and an address from Richard for approximately 25 minutes. A question/answer session with a close from the Chamber of Commerce will take us through to a 09:15am close.
The setting for this briefing, which will include an interaction Q/A session, is the Business Centre at the Regency Park Hotel, Thatcham. Refurbished for 2012, it offers flexible business accommodation which includes a newly installed conservatory.
The event will take place on September 21.
