Simon Mee has been made an associate at Newbury law firm Charles Lucas & Marshall. A member of its wills and estate planning team, Simon joined the firm three years ago and is a specialist in inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney and the fast-growing area of contentious probate, resolving disputes over wills and inheritance claims. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
