Business development award for Rosemary Conley franchisee

Helena Housego, the Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs franchisee in Basingstoke and Tadley, has scooped the company’s Business Development Award 2011 after beating off competition from many of the 170 franchisees nationwide.
Rosemary Conley presented Helena Housego – who has been running a Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs franchise in Basingstoke and Tadley since August 1999 – with the award along with a cheque for £500 at a ceremony held at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, Milton Keynes.
Rosemary Conley celebrated her 40th anniversary in the diet and fitness industry. Rosemary established the franchised Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs in 1993.
Rosemary Conley said: “The Business Development Award is presented to the franchisee who has demonstrated a significant improvement in her overall business performance and we are delighted to present Helena Housego with this Award. Helena has embraced change using it to enhance her existing business.
“For this award we take into account many things, including market penetration. The award recognises the amazing efforts made by Helena to dramatically improve her business in this economically challenging year.
“By adopting a positive attitude and by sheer hard work Helena, who is in her 13th year of operation, was determined to take her business up to the next level.”
Helena Housego added: “I am thrilled to receive the Business Development Award 2011. Running a Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Club is incredibly rewarding and it is a terrific achievement to receive this award.
