“Ensuring visa applications arrive at the right embassy on time for processing was a natural extension of our business, but even that has evolved, and we now check the application before we submit it, much like the Post Office checks your passport, and return it to you within 24 hours or as quickly as the process will allow.
“This has become a specialist service of ours and is proving very popular with those companies that have to send staff overseas at short notice, particularly as we have learned all the idiosyncrasies of the different embassies.”
Another area of growth for the courier firm has been ensuring that exhibition equipment is stored, distributed and set up at a venue in time for an event, as Alison Stanton explained: “We pride ourselves on ensuring a package is delivered on time, and taking the next step to set up exhibition equipment for our customers was straightforward and has led to a whole new service.”
Newbury graduate recruitment firm Gradweb is one such client, and a very satisfied one according its client services director, Michelle Smith.
