From the town centre branch in Northbrook Street, Randstad specialises in temporary, contract and permanent roles across a wide range of sectors and deal with both SME businesses and large national companies.

The Randstad team is working closely with all their clients and candidates on the forthcoming Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) which are due to come into force on October 1 this year. This is one of the most complicated legislative workplaces changes to hit the UK and is set to change the shape of temporary staffing, which will have a significant impact on most businesses.
Mel Churchward explained: “There has been a great deal of speculation around the AWR and Randstad is committed to working with clients to help them interpret the legislation and understand the impact it will have on their business.
“As a company, we have over 50 years’ experience of supporting clients with new legislation and we have a dedicated AWR project group who, along with our board of directors, has helped to shape the recruitment landscape which we hope will be fair for all.”
