Business Profile

FESTIVAL House serviced office centre is celebrating its third birthday this month. It has looked after nearly 50 businesses over this period and still offers unrivalled attention to customer service.
Office manager Mel Woolgrove said: “We have had a successful three years, with most of the suites being occupied for most of that time. We currently have two suites available and of course we can always accommodate more Virtual Offices.
People are interested in different things and we pride ourselves on matching their needs. While some do require an office here we recognise others might be fledgling companies, a business with one PC in the living room, but want a professional town centre address, they cannot justify leasing space but we can give them the professional mailing address and telephone answering in their company name.
“Our Virtual Office services start at £35 per month and of course if someone does require meeting space our boardroom on the ground floor is available to clients and non-clients on a per hour rate to a full day rate,” explained director John McCusker.
The most recent in-house client is Prosperity Overseas, which specialises in large developments in Egypt, Brazil and Morocco. Director Chris Hawthorn explained why it had picked Festival House.
“We were using Festival House for a virtual office for some time. We made the decision that with the Golden Park Resort in Egypt coming on-line we needed physical office space. We needed the ability to move into flexible office space so that as we grow we don’t have to re-locate. Festival House was the obvious choice as we would not need to change any of our details and our clients would be unaware of any change. Since we moved in we could not have been made to feel more welcome. They are totally flexible and do everything they can to help.”
Mel Woolgrove added: “Our website is still proving popular with virtual tours of the facilities here; you can hover over the plans of the suites and see a virtual tour – of course we are always delighted to show people around in person to suit them.”
