Lauren joined the company as the sales and marketing manager and was appointed managing director in January 2006, just three months after joining TML and following the tragic death of James Sellar at the age of 39, from meningitis.
Since taking on this role, she has also undertaken and completed a Post Graduate Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma in Marketing and also attained an MSc Master of Science in Marketing.
It is testimony to the strength of the company that James and his father had built that is has survived and indeed prospered.
Lauren explained: “James had been so inspirational and from the start placed me in a key senior managerial role. This enabled me to take on the role of MD. I have a similar relationship with his father and his family have been very supportive, as have clients.”
In summary, Lauren outlined: “In telemarketing and, indeed, any marketing, the proof is in the results   and that is something we always strive  to deliver.”
