Nicholas Kaxe is an experienced property manager, having been previously with high street firms Chancellors in Oxford and Haarts in Thatcham and Basingstoke, where he gained extensive knowledge of the property market. Dean Kaxe is a BA (Hons) graduate, has gained extensive experience as a property manager, and has undertaken the ARLA training programme. Dean takes personal responsibility for ensuring landlord compliance with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and Anti Money Laundering legislation.
